They offer a greater proximity to the restaurant and living room area where around the fireplace, the fire and a back of braided wool shelter our guests on cold days. |

Individual Cancellation
Once a reservation has been confirmed by the Confirmation Card, this may be canceled or modified by a written notification by the company, tour operator/ booking requesting agency. It must indicate the reservation code and the cancellation request with the following conditions:
To cancel a reservation, it must be informed by email reservas@ocioterritorial.com, it can be done up to 30 days before check-in without penalty. If you cancel after that period, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the check in date: Without penalty.
Cancellation 30 days before: 100%
Once the cancellation request is received, we will issue a reservation cancellation code that will guarantee the cancellation.
Force Majeure
OCIO Hotel Territorial will exempt any liability in respect of costs that may be generated, by the extension of the stay and/or other climatic factors that prevent the return for delay or suspension of the flight.
Individual Reservation changes / modifications
OCIO Territorial Hotel allows making changes to the reservation without penalty up to 30 days before check-in, after this day, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
