Each of the 11 suites at OCIO Territorial Hotel have been inspired by nature and the traditional construction of Chiloé. They are unique designs that provide an intimate and quiet space that invites you to connect with nature. Decorated with native woods, inside and outside of larch tiles, they were built without involving nature and its space. In its design we are concerned with highlighting the essence of the natural and rural environment in which they are located. Some were designed with private balconies perfect to enjoy the panoramic view of the Fjord and the City of Castro. Our Chilote Lodge, was restored from an old Chilote house that was in the place and belonged to the former owners of the field, it has 4 rooms, each with a private bathroom, the space where it is located invites you to connect with the authenticity of Chiloé Island, as it is surrounded by fruit trees, chickens and sheep.
Two rooms inside our central building, inspired by the theme of the forest, located in the central building, offer greater proximity to the restaurant, bar and fireplace area.

Restored from the old Chiloe house of the owners of the place, it was remodeled and equipped with all the necessary comforts to receive groups between 6 to 11 people. It has 200 square meters and a large terrace overlooking the Fjord and the City of Castro.
