Inspired by the "Matriarchs", women who by their age, wisdom and knowledge possess authority and are the most respected in a large family or community. Our dishes are devoted to their traditions, in old recipes full of love and magic, enchanting and surprising visitors.
A fusion of culture and passion, a mixture of flavors and smells where the protagonist is Chiloé, and where different products from the area such as fish, shellfish, seaweed, potatoes and fruits of our forest are intertwined to conjure the perfect dish.
We select the ingredients in a picturesque and old market where Matriarchs from all the islands meet to "barter" and sell their products, our own garden does its thing to achieve the perfect mix of quality and freshness.
Our Restaurant offers a first class gastronomy, in an environment surrounded by nature that allows an incredible disconnection and the spectacular quality of service. It has a menu and menus suggested by the chef with local products of the highest standards.
We offer buffet breakfast, lunch, cafeteria, dinner and bar service. An ideal place to enjoy the flavors and ingredients of the island of Chiloé.
